Nowadays, there is lots of pollution and our busy life schedule which ruins natural beauty of skin. But don't worry friends, there is some simple moves that can defeat skin issues in summer are given below:
- Skin Care With Simple Moves
- Intake Low Fat : According to science, our digestion system become slower during summer. That's why, If we intake higher amount of fat or food is leading to numerous digestive problems which makes uneven skin and also dark circles. And oily foods cause pimples, acne and other skin problems. Higher amount of food may work like free radicals in our body. "Eat healthier stay healthier"
- Stay Hydrated : Water used to remove free radicals, Maintain temperature of our body, cleaning our cells and Organs and helps to purify blood also which reflects to our skin.
- Use Sunscreen : Large amount of companies are selling sunscreen. First, you have to choose sunscreen as per your skin type. there is every type of sunscreen available in market for different skin types like oily, dry or mix. Don't forget to apply sunscreen on your whole body (Open body skin) before going to outside. It prevents skin burning caused by UV rays.
- Face Wash : At least 2 times in day , use face wash and make clean your face. Again important is to select face wash as per your skin because each and every face wash have different moisture and chemicals for oily or dry or medium skin .
- Eat Season fruit : Fruits are source of Antioxidants, Minerals and vitamins. which improves your skin tones and also purify your skin.
- Goggles/Eye wear : It encloses the eye in order to prevent from dust, pollution and harmful sun rays.
