AYURVEDIC TIPS TO REDUCE BALDNESS AND REGREW HAIR

In above parts as part #1 & part #2 of my blog, I gave you some knowledge, tips & tricks to reduce hair-fall in first part and How to make healthier hair and reduce dandruff in second part.
In this third part we will discuss about to regrew hair with Ayurveda.

Now it's time to say bye bye to expensive clinical treatments. All you need some patience and dedication.

1) Onion-rose juice method:-

Contents:- 1 Chopped Onion, 4 to 5 soaked black paper in 1 teaspoon water, Organic rose(It means rose should real or have good fragrance)
  • Grind onion, black paper with soaked water and rose petal together. DON'T ADD EXTRA WATER IN GRINDING MIXTURE.
  • After grinding, you can use that paste directly BUT It might slightly difficult to washout your hair completely. So, you can extract juice using strainer.
  • Now, you can apply the juice. Dip a cotton ball & squeeze it. then apply it on bald area.
Do's:-
  1. make sure you have comb your hair properly before applying juice. 
  2. After applying , you have to massage for 2-5 mins for boosting blood circulation.
  3. Leave this on your head overnight or minimum 1 hour.
  4. use this remedy twice in a week for few months.
Don'ts:-Avoid apply juice on lengths of hair that can make dry your hair.


2) Shirodhara method:-  Shirodhara is purely Ayurvedic method. Pouring of the medicated oil temperatured at 40 degree on the forehead is Shirodhara.


How does shirodhara helps? 
The ayurvedic methods are slower but accurate.This method may regrew hair on bald and also reduce hair-fall. It helps in Anxiety, Migraine, Psychosomatic disorders also.
In this method one benefit is it doesn't have side effects(accept allergies).

Try one of the method or both to regrew your hair on bald . If you don't have bald these methods will help you to make healthier your hair.
