Which Stream Should Select after 10th ðŸĪ” ???

This topic is not only for students but also for parents. Because in most of families, Only parents decide that which subject is convenient for their child. Parents decide streams as per marks on their children's mark-sheet.
Some time, student got 90% but he/she are interesting in photography or acting but parents decides the should'n learn in arts or commerce field and they admit their child in science. I'm not abusing or never told that parents are obstructing. Because parents want to see their child wealthy. We only trying to solve their confusion that every stream is equal whatever required in every field is only the skills that your child have.
But in some cases parents doesn't know What their child want to do in future. Every students must discuss about their interesting field with parents. Your parents will definitely understand you.
Personally I never faced that because my parents are open minded and the gave me freedom to choose not a subject but to choose my choice and interest about it. The reason is...... To share your interest with your parents.
 
Here, there is suggestion that which branch is convenient for you / your child(If parents are reading this blog).
  •  In more cases percentages not matters but skills are. If You / Your child is interesting in art, Sports, tracking, Painting, Photography or any other skills then go for that related courses no matter you have scored in top of the position or at bottom. If only the degree required and your interest is out of books then go for Arts Stream. Most of talented students who graduated with arts exist with monthly income in lac or crores.
  •  Some students wants to learn in commerce. Some of them wants to become CA or some of them like Police / Lawyer. Sometime parents have their own Business or Industry and they want their child should join them then commerce stream is best for them.
  •  If students Don't like science but they are interesting in research line. So they have scope Like Senetary Inspector, B.Sc, P.h.d..... Select stream as per your research interest.
  •  Students who want to become an Engineer or a Doctor or Professor in their collages they choose Science Stream.

Boost your immunity during corona virus pandemic

Today I will share some tips with you about how to boost our immune system. Doctors recommends high immunity power during corona pandemic. Why???  ðŸĪ”
Immunity power helps to control viruses and also removes free radicals (Viruses and bacteria can be called as free radicals). In short our immune system fights with free radicals and save us.
So the point occurs that how to improve immunity strength? Which helps to fight against corona virus? There are some points will definitely help you.


  • Do workout/exercise everyday.
  • Avoid smoking and other Addictions. This habit is very harmful not only for you but also your family and friends.
  • Contact a doctor immediately if you notice symptoms of the corona virus.
  • Take milk everyday. Because it contains Nutrition which helps to boost our immune system.
  • Eat season fruit. Fruits are source of antioxidants and minerals. I will share you "How antioxidants works in our body" in one of my next blog. 
  • According to Ayurveda, one glass of warm water should be drunk before brush in early morning. But you can drink warm water after brushing teeth at your convenience.
  • Add Beans in your meal. We all know that Beans are source of protein.
  • Take your meal in your meal time.
  • Drink water atleast 10-12 glasses everyday. 
  • Don't take  external food from hotels or packet foods. It can be stale food or may be infected by corona virus.
  • If you are already not well then contact doctor or specialist.
  • In common cough or cold, Try to Immediately recover with medicine and dieting. 
  • Avoid cold drinks and ice-cream. Take warm water with turmeric and some solt , this remedy will definitely help you to boost your immune system.

Illness can reduce immunity power. So take care of you and your family.😊

Are you follow these during corona virus Pandemic?

As we know corona virus is vary harmful for humans but we also need to know how to prevent this epidemic.
You have to take care of yourself and your society also.
There are some points which we have to follow during this pandemic. I think above points will definitely help you.
  • Precautions when you are at home:
1) Whenever you buy vegetables or other kitchen/home essentials don't touch with your hands, bring it into a tub or bucket.
2) After buying kitchen essentials or vegetables, wash them properly and use that after 24 hours.
3) Whenever you go outside don't forget to wear mask. Even if you go out in the neighborhood or nearer to home please wear mask.
4) If anyone came from outside, help them to sanitize hands and keep distance with them until they take bath. 
5) Avoid to go out from home.
6) Follow the rules are issued by Government.
7) Take healthy meal to increase our immunity.
  • precautions when outgoing:
1) Keep A Sanitizer in pocket.
2) If possible, wear hand gloves.
3) Don't touch anything at any place. 
4) Take care about social distancing. You have to maintain distance atleast 1 meter with anyone.
5) Avoid to eat water and meal. If possible take breakfast or lunch before going out from home.
6) As your purpose of going out is fulfilled, go back to the home immediately.
  • Precautions when you came back to home:
1) Before take off the mask wash your hands with sanitizer or hand-wash.
2) Some virus particles can stick on your clothes. so, after hand-wash change your clothes and put the worn clothes in the washing machine or  bucket immediately.
3) Virus particles can also stick on your hair and body parts. So, please take bath and also wash your hair.

Part #3 For Men and Women-- To reduce baldness and helps to regrew hair on the bald in Ayurvedic way

AYURVEDIC TIPS TO REDUCE BALDNESS AND REGREW HAIR

In above parts as part #1 & part #2 of my blog, I gave you some knowledge, tips & tricks to reduce hair-fall in first part and How to make healthier hair and reduce dandruff in second part.
In this third part we will discuss about to regrew hair with Ayurveda.

Now it's time to say bye bye to expensive clinical treatments. All you need some patience and dedication.

1) Onion-rose juice method:-

Contents:- 1 Chopped Onion, 4 to 5 soaked black paper in 1 teaspoon water, Organic rose(It means rose should real or have good fragrance)
  • Grind onion, black paper with soaked water and rose petal together. DON'T ADD EXTRA WATER IN GRINDING MIXTURE.
  • After grinding, you can use that paste directly BUT It might slightly difficult to washout your hair completely. So, you can extract juice using strainer.
  • Now, you can apply the juice. Dip a cotton ball & squeeze it. then apply it on bald area.
Do's:-
  1. make sure you have comb your hair properly before applying juice. 
  2. After applying , you have to massage for 2-5 mins for boosting blood circulation.
  3. Leave this on your head overnight or minimum 1 hour.
  4. use this remedy twice in a week for few months.
Don'ts:-Avoid apply juice on lengths of hair that can make dry your hair.


2) Shirodhara method:-  Shirodhara is purely Ayurvedic method. Pouring of the medicated oil temperatured at 40 degree on the forehead is Shirodhara.


How does shirodhara helps? 
The ayurvedic methods are slower but accurate.This method may regrew hair on bald and also reduce hair-fall. It helps in Anxiety, Migraine, Psychosomatic disorders also.
In this method one benefit is it doesn't have side effects(accept allergies).

Try one of the method or both to regrew your hair on bald . If you don't have bald these methods will help you to make healthier your hair.

Part #2 Are you facing hair-fall issues?? How to reduce hair fall??

Hair-fall cause baldness.ðŸ‘Ļ‍ðŸĶē mostly boys are facing this issue. baldness happens by two reasons.
1) No care of hair.
2) Internal problems of our body.

Now, We will see How to take care with some tricks and tips.
We also will know "how to reduce hair-fall caused by internal problem by body" in my next part.


1)  Don't apply hair dies , those colors are  very harmful for hair-roots. Use natural things like Henna (mehandi) or simple hair colors.

2)  Apply Castor oil once in a week. Castor oil gives strength and also helps in hair growth. 

3)  Make Curry leaves paste and apply it on hair till 2-3 hour. To make curry leaves paste, get some leaves and grind it in mixture. also add 1 or 2 tablespoon water in it and just apply it on hair.

4)  Before hair wash add lemon juice in bath-water. If you use boiled water,put lemon in boiling water and boil it. This hack will remove dandruff and reduce hair-fall.

5)  Apply Aloevera on your hair and keep it atleast 30 minutes then wash your hair. Do this daily or 3-4 times in a week. It will definitely help you.

Notice:-If you have any allergies from above then don't follow that trick because that trick may harmful for you.

  • Don't keep oil on hair more then 3-4 days (If the oil is organic or home-made). Mostly oils contain chemicals which damages the hair. For these type of oil you apply oil at night and wash it on the next day. because oil sticks pollution and dust on hair. which cause hair dirty and drier the hair.
  • After washing your hair, don't use comb. Because of hair-wash , our skin become soft. At that time using comb not only damages your hair but also removes it from roots.
  • Don't use hair drier to dry your hair. Hair drier makes drier the hair-roots and that's why hair-fall issue occurs.
  • Don't squeeze your hair to dry it.It may reduce shine and strength of hair. and also broken the hair.
  • Never go out from home with wet hair. Because of wet hair, pollution and bacteria can easily stuck. It may cause two-faced hair or hair-fall.
  • Before and after sleep, set your hair using comb.This trick reduces knot/tangle.
  • Do not keep dry your hair. use hair oil withing 4-5 days. The Oil nourishes the hair and make stronger hair also.
